Can I manage container deliveries and collections?

Yes. Every order holds its own delivery and collection, each with a date, a time, a driver and a status. The day’s list shows every job due, and a filter shows the ones with no driver yet.

Can I track containers that are currently with customers?

Yes. An order stays open until its container has been collected, so a filter shows every container still out, by size and waste type, with the days on site, and a map shows the sites. Tracking is based on the order and its site address, not on GPS.

Can I manage drivers and schedules?

Yes. Add your drivers with their phone number and vehicle, assign each delivery, exchange or collection to one, and view the day by driver. Each driver can see their own schedule on their phone, and one tap sends them an SMS with the job: what, when, where and for which customer.

Do my drivers need to install an app?

No. Each driver can have their own sign-in and sees their schedule in the phone’s browser: the address, time, skip, waste type and customer’s number for every job, plus photos from the site. Driver access is included in your plan. Office staff and owners use BenneCRM the same way, on a computer or a phone, with nothing to install.

Can I create invoices for container rentals?

Yes. Pick a customer, tick their finished orders, add extras such as waiting time or extra tonnage, and the invoice is ready as a PDF. Send it by email, record each payment and see the balance. A month’s invoices can be grouped into one statement.
