This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you use the BenneCRM platform and website, available at bennecrm.com and app.bennecrm.com. BenneCRM is operated by Pipe Digital SRL (IDNO 1024600085215), a company registered in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, which acts as the data controller for the purposes described below. By using the service, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.
1. Data we collect
We collect: account information you provide (such as your name, email, phone number and company details); billing information needed to process your subscription (handled by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers); operational data you enter into the platform, such as customers, orders, invoices and driver information; support communications when you contact us; and technical data collected automatically, such as IP address, device and browser information, and usage logs.
2. How and why we use your data
We use your data to: create and secure your account; provide, operate and maintain the service, including running your workspace and processing orders and invoicing; process payments and manage your subscription; provide customer support; send service-related communications; detect and prevent fraud and unauthorised access; and improve the platform through analytics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you (to provide the service); our legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the platform and preventing fraud); compliance with legal obligations (such as accounting and tax requirements); and your consent, where required, for example for certain marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Data you enter into the platform
When you enter data about your own customers, drivers and orders, BenneCRM acts as a data processor on your behalf, and you remain the data controller for that data. We process it only to provide the service and according to your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use the data you enter, and for informing your own customers as required by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the platform, keep you signed in and maintain security, as well as optional analytics cookies that help us understand how the service is used. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can manage your preferences through your browser settings.
6. Sharing your data and third-party providers
We share personal data only as needed to run the service, with trusted providers acting on our behalf, including: Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, which processes subscription payments; hosting and infrastructure providers that store and run the platform; and analytics and communication tools. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
7. International data transfers
BenneCRM is operated from the Republic of Moldova and may use providers located in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside your country or the European Economic Area, we take appropriate steps to ensure it remains protected, such as relying on recognised adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
8. Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After your account is closed, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, invoices and accounting data) to comply with legal obligations. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time.
9. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, theft, misuse and unauthorised access, including encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you also play an important role by keeping your credentials confidential and managing your users' access.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 11. Children
BenneCRM is a business tool intended for use by professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the service, the law or our practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. The updated version takes effect once published.
