Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BenneCRM platform, available at bennecrm.com and app.bennecrm.com. BenneCRM is operated by Pipe Digital SRL (IDNO 1024600085215), a company registered in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.
1. Definitions
"BenneCRM", "platform", "service", "we" or "us" means the software, website and related services operated by Pipe Digital SRL. "Customer", "you" or "your" means the business or person that subscribes to the service. "User" means any individual you authorise to access your workspace. "Account" means the credentials and workspace created for you. "Subscription" means a paid plan giving access to the platform. "Customer Data" means the data you and your Users enter into or generate within the platform, such as customers, orders, invoices and driver information.
2. Eligibility and account registration
To use BenneCRM you must register an account and provide accurate, complete and current information. The service is intended for business use by professionals operating skip rental, waste management and construction logistics businesses. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity carried out under your account, and for ensuring that every User you invite complies with these Terms.
3. The service
BenneCRM provides a cloud-based platform for managing orders, planning, customers, drivers, pricing, accounting and invoicing. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal business purposes for the duration of your Subscription. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the platform.
4. Subscriptions, billing and taxes
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable depending on your location and tax status. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the outstanding amount is settled.
5. Free trial
New accounts include a one-month free trial of the full platform. No payment is taken during the trial, and you may cancel at any time before it ends without being charged. Unless you cancel, your paid Subscription begins automatically when the trial period ends.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges, and your access remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use BenneCRM only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems, introduce viruses or malicious code, interfere with the integrity or performance of the service, reverse engineer the software, resell or sublicense access without our written consent, or use the service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
8. Your data and ownership
You retain all ownership rights in your Customer Data. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that data solely to provide and support the service. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter and for having the right to use it.
9. Confidentiality and security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. While we take security seriously, no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you remain responsible for safeguarding your own credentials and managing your Users' access rights.
10. Availability, maintenance and support
We aim to keep BenneCRM available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates or factors beyond our control. We provide customer support for questions about using the platform; you can reach us at [email protected].
11. Intellectual property
BenneCRM and all related software, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks and source code are owned by Pipe Digital SRL and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership in the platform to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written consent.
12. Third-party services
The platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as payment processing by Paddle. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services.
13. Warranties and disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or meet every requirement of your business.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pipe Digital SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that may harm us or other users. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your Subscription. On termination, your right to access the platform ends; you may request an export of your Customer Data before your account is closed, subject to our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to the service and these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, the law or our business. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the competent courts of Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
