BenneCRM is built for European skip rental companies. Your business data is hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, and handled in line with the GDPR.
How we protect your data
Security isn't a feature we bolt on afterwards — it's built into how the platform is hosted, stored and accessed.
Hosted in the EU
All customer data is stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, on DigitalOcean's European infrastructure. It never leaves the EU to be stored.
Encrypted in transit
Every connection to BenneCRM runs over HTTPS with modern TLS. Data moving between your browser, our servers and the database is always encrypted.
Encrypted at rest
The database is encrypted at rest. The most sensitive values, such as third-party integration keys, get an extra layer of AES-256-GCM encryption.
Strong account security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in clear text. Sessions use short-lived tokens that you can revoke per device at any time.
Payments handled by Paddle
Card payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Your card details are entered on Paddle's PCI-DSS compliant checkout and are never stored on our servers.
Automated backups
Your database is backed up automatically every day, so your orders, clients and invoices can be recovered if the unexpected happens.
GDPR by design
As a company operating in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, we treat the GDPR as the baseline, not an afterthought.
