Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for your BenneCRM subscription, operated by Pipe Digital SRL. It applies to all payments processed through our payment provider, Paddle.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a one-month free trial. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel at any time before it ends without paying anything. We only bill you once the trial period is over and your paid subscription begins.
Subscription billing
After the free trial, BenneCRM is billed monthly in advance according to your selected plan, starting at €30 per month. All prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. Each payment covers the upcoming month of access to the platform.
14-day refund guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first monthly payment within 14 days of being charged. Contact us at [email protected] and we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges and your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Payments for billing periods already started are non-refundable except as described in the 14-day guarantee above.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
