It does not replace regulatory waste tracking, which belongs in dedicated tools. It replaces the makeshift system spread across a spreadsheet, a paper planner and phone messages.
Work measured in turnarounds
In collection, invoicing does not follow a single order but a run of turnarounds: a container is dropped, filled, swapped, then taken away. The same customer may have several containers, on several sites, on different frequencies.
What matters then is attaching every movement to the right record and the right site. Without that, invoicing becomes an end of month reconstruction from drivers' notes, and some of the turnarounds go missing along the way.
BenneCRM treats each record as an open hire, with jobs added to it over time. The record stays visible until the container is back, and it stays on the list to invoice until the invoice is raised.

Rounds and drivers
The day's jobs grouped by date, with a driver against each one and a filter for whatever is still unassigned.
Multi-site customers
One customer, several contacts and several collection addresses, each findable by name, phone number or address.
Operational extras
Tonnage over the limit, contaminated loads, waiting time, a wasted journey. They are noted against the job and carry onto the invoice.
Grouped invoicing
Several completed jobs for one customer on a single invoice, then a statement grouping the month's invoices for larger accounts.
Payment tracking
Every payment marked off with its date and method, the balance shown on the invoice, and a list of unpaid invoices by age.
Reporting
Revenue excluding and including VAT over a period, average order value, job count, most active customers.
Common questions
- Do you handle waste transfer notes?
- No. BenneCRM covers operations and the commercial side: orders, rounds, prices, invoices and payments. Regulatory waste tracking is done alongside it, in the tools built for that.
- Can you track tonnage?
- Tonnage is entered as extra billable work against the job concerned, and carries onto the invoice. There is no automatic link to a weighbridge.
- Is there GPS tracking on the containers?
- No. The software knows where each container was placed, from the job address, and shows it on a map. There is no tag and no live location tracking.
- Can we run several companies?
- Yes. Each company has its own space, with its own customers, prices and invoices, isolated from the others. That is covered by the quoted plan.
- Is the software available in other languages?
- Yes, in English, French and Romanian. Currency, country, timezone and VAT rate are set per company.
